Tallulah in the sky
kissing roses at dusk
twilit amongst trees a-stretching
she spins and spins
and sparkles
in and out, in and out,
she is silver and black,
The heartbeat of ending days,
acquainted only with the moon
but dancing
always dancing
constantly dancing
aside a million-billion,
waving through the flowerbeds
with her constellation hands,
her gaseous dress
how it folds and twists and calls
out to the parma violet sun,
across her planetary playground.
